SFM Couriers are a family run business in their 18th year. We've gone from strength to strength, constantly growing and adapting to our customers ever changing needs, offering a number of services to make our customers lives easier. We take our role in your business very seriously, and invest heavily in driver training.

We take the safety of our drivers very seriously and that is why all of our drivers pass a SAFED evaluation course whilst in our employment. This course that has been designed by the DoT and is approved by the RHA and other road safety organisations.

The basis of the course is to take a road test in a commercial vehicle and make any changes necessary to not only become safer on the roads, but to become more fuel efficient in the process. Where applicable, our vans are fitted with speed limiters to prevent drivers from exceeding the speed limit.

We also have two SAFED assessors on site who travel with new drivers to ascertain if their driving is up to the standard that SFM expects from its employees. If the driver doesn't impress our assessors, they do not succeed in their employment application.
